The 12-Week Rebuild is what comes next. This is where we take that stability and build lasting strength from the inside out — physically, metabolically, and emotionally.

This isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about working with your body intelligently, addressing muscle, metabolism, bones, digestion, nervous system, and hormones — so you leave feeling capable, confident, and steady.

Who This is For

This program is for women in midlife (typically 50–65) who are ready for deeper, long-term change.

These issues are connected. They’re part of the same system. You’re ready to address the system — not just the symptoms. You want to feel confident in your body, capable in your movements, and in partnership with your physiology, instead of chasing quick fixes.

How We Work Together

We meet for 60-minute sessions (two per month, six total). Each session gives us the time to:

  • Dive into strength, metabolism, and movement
  • Review digestion, eating rhythm, and cravings
  • Adjust sleep, stress, and nervous system strategies
  • Troubleshoot in real time, including lab or testing results if relevant

Between sessions, you’re supported with messaging. If your digestion flares, cravings spike, or energy dips, we troubleshoot together — you’re never left guessing.

Mood & Meal Planning Collective Access

Your 12-week program also includes full Collective Membership for the duration:

For clients who want even deeper insight, we can include:

These are entirely optional and priced separately. You can also upload your recent lab work for review. Testing is only used to guide smarter choices, not overwhelm with numbers.

  • Optional lab review to personalize your plan

  • Full Collective access for continued education and support
  • Ongoing messaging support for questions and adjustments between sessions
  • Optional integration of labs or testing for deeper personalization
  • The time and continuity needed for meaningful, sustainable change
