In the past, you may have found similar programs that tend to focus heavily on food.  You will find that the Food & Spirit Program seeks to address the WHOLE self, using a multi-faceted professional approach to health concerns, life issues, and toxic barriers.

I will assess and guide you towards wellness through food & personalized recipes,  journaling exercises, recommendations for physical movements, and introductions to mind body practices such as affirmations, guided imagery, and meditation.
